Aqua Hale accepts eligible returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Some items may not be eligible for return, including opened or used products, sale items, gift cards, and any item not in its original condition unless the issue was due to our error.
